The warmest of Franciscan welcomes to

The International Ecumenical Catholic Church

Franciscan, Catholic and Anglican-Catholic Churches and Charitable Communities

within the IECC are a part of the One Holy Catholic and Apostolic Church

Welcome to you! We are a body of Religious, Community Churches and Charitable Faith Organisations within the ECC+C in England and Wales, the ECC in North America, the ECC South Pacific and Africa and we are looking the possibilities of extending IECC outreach in India. Our licensed clergy are hands-on, pastoral priests working for and with their communities to extend the Kingdom of God within current generations and beyond. We all work within a Franciscan ethos, striving to continue with the command given to Francis by Christ, to rebuild His Church which has fallen into ruins.'  If you are seeking an all-embracing Christian understanding of humanity within a changing society and feel let down or disillusioned by organised religion, you may well have just found your faith home! The ethos of the IECC is about love, advocacy and support; compassion, dignity and empathy for all God's children. Above all else we see Christian love as the ultimate manifestation of the Holy Spirit and the Redemptive Life of Christ. Ecumenical Catholicism is fast growing in numbers throughout the world because combines the original Christian faith with outstretched arms towards every other denomination.

Our ministry is to advocate as Christ did for the pained, the lonely, the unvoiced and the outcast. We are Ecumenical because we welcome all Christians from different denominations and we are Catholic because we proclaim the Universal Catholic faith as taught by the Early Church. We are about Christian Social Justice and Responsibility and so enhance the work of mainstream Churches, mainly filling the gaps they leave through our own professional training, understanding and social awareness. What we are not is in competition with other denominations as believe we should all be as one. Many of us have been in Public Service prior to ordination and so we offer expertise and diversity from our secular professions.
